Los legisladores reclamaron que se investiguen «las responsabilidades policiales y políticas» en el caso
Diputados del Interbloque de Juntos por el Cambio solicitaron informes al Gobierno por la “desaparición forzada” del joven Facundo Astudillo Castro, quien fue visto por última vez el pasado 30 de abril cuando salió de su casa en la localidad de Pedro Luro para dirigirse a Bahía Blanca. Según la familia del joven, la policía bonaerense es la responsable de que todavía no aparezca.
En el pedido de informes, dirigido a la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos y al Ministerio de Seguridad, los legisladores pidieron que “se investiguen las responsabilidades policiales y políticas de todos los actores correspondientes e involucrados en la desaparición forzada del joven de 22 años”.
Asimismo, los diputados opositores solicitaron que los organismos correspondientes “informen si tienen conocimiento sobre la desaparición forzada, que indiquen las directivas formuladas para intervenir en el caso, y de lo contrario, que se indiquen los argumentos de su decisión”.
”Detallar el tipo de asesoramiento, contención e información brindada a sus familiares sobre el avance de la causa judicial, y resultados de los rastrillajes de búsqueda del joven”, pidieron los diputados.
La diputada nacional Karina Banfi (UCR-Buenos Aires), oriunda de la ciudad de Bahía Blanca e impulsora de la iniciativa, afirmó que “es desesperante para la familia no tener ningún tipo de información sobre Facundo hace más de dos meses” y afirmó que “las autoridades nacionales deben intervenir de forma urgente para tratar de dar con el joven y esclarecer lo que ocurrió”.
El proyecto de resolución fue firmado por los diputados María Luján Rey, Sebastián Salvador, Paula Oliveto, Maximiliano Ferraro, Mónica Frade, Dina Rezinovsky, Marcela Campagnoli, José Luis Patiño, Adriana Cáceres, Juan Martin, Waldo Wolff, Albor Cantard, Gustavo Menna, Pablo Torello, Estela Regidor, Claudia Najul, Lorena Matzen, Hernán Berisso, Diego Mestre, Ricardo Buryaile, Roxana Reyes, Álvaro de Lamadrid, Gabriela Lena, Miguel Bazze, Josefina Mendoza, José Luis Riccardo, Federico Zamarbide, Mercedes Joury, Héctor Stefani, Carla Piccolomini, Ximena García, Luis Pastori, Alberto Asseff, Fernando Iglesias, Alicia Terada, Luis Petri, Silvia Lospennato y Brenda Austin, entre otros.

El doctor Rodolfo de Lucía afirmó a Infobae que, de ahora en más, los trabajos continuarán en manos de las fuerzas como la Policía Federal, Gendarmería, Prefectura o la Policía de Seguridad Aeroportuaria (PSA), que dependen del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación.
