El funcionario bonaerense cuestionó la voluntad del Poder Ejecutivo para asistir a la provincia de Buenos Aires en medio de la lucha contra la pandemia: “Estamos solos”
El ministro de Seguridad bonaerense, Sergio Berni, no tiene pelos en la lengua y en plena lucha contra la pandemia de coronavirus suele romper los estándares de la corrección política.
Recientemente, el funcionario de la provincia de Buenos Aires insistió en que el poder del espacio oficialista lo tiene Cristina Kirchner y cuestionó a Horacio Rodríguez Larreta por la flexibilización de la cuarentena en la Ciudad, mientras se registra mayor número de casos de COVID-19.
Ahora apuntó contra su mismo espacio y realizó una acusación que trasciende la esfera política e impacta directamente en la órbita institucional. Aseguró que el gobierno nacional no colabora en la pelea contra la inseguridad y no asiste a al distrito con los recursos necesarios: “Estamos solos”.
“¿Consigue apoyo del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación?, preguntó Luis Novaresio en el programa Animales Sueltos. “Nada”, contestó Berni.
- Reformulo la pregunta: Si le pide a (Sabina) Frederic que lo asista frente a esta crisis, ¿Lo asiste?
- Vuelvo a repetir: nada.
- ¿Y cómo puede ser? Son del mismo partido, de la misma coalición.
- No tiene que ver si somos del mismo o distinto partido. Es la voluntad del gobierno nacional de asistir a una provincia que está en una crisis de seguridad profunda, una crisis de seguridad que se vino profundizando en los últimos años y que no tiene los recursos no solamente humanos, sino materiales y tecnológicos para afrontarla. Es imposible, es inviable una recuperación y un trabajo profundo en materia de seguridad en la provincia de Buenos Aires si el gobierno nacional no lo asiste.
El funcionario bonaerense contó que la última vez que habló con Frederic, ministra de Seguridad de la Nación que depende del presidente Alberto Fernández, fue media hora antes de que se decretara la cuarentena, el pasado 19 de marzo. Si bien sostuvo que el gobernador Axel Kicillof está al tanto, Berni se mostró resignado: “Estamos acostumbrados a esto”.
Para graficar la falta de colaboración del gabinete nacional, el ministro recordó que cuando Mauricio Macri asumió como Presidente, en 2015, le transfirió 20 mil efectivos de fuerzas federales a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, la estructura necesaria e incluso helicópteros y sistemas de comunicación. “Nosotros todavía estamos esperando un helicóptero que pedimos”, comparó.
“Estoy resignado. Lo venimos manifestando hace más de seis meses, hay una voluntad de no asistirnos y estamos resignados a saber que la tenemos que pelear solos”, declaró el ministro, que estuvo al frente de los operativos en Villa Madero y Villa Azul en medio de la pandemia.
A su vez, el funcionario de Kicillof comentó que recibió un escaso envío de fuerzas federales. “No sabemos quiénes son, dónde están ni qué hacen. Andan por ahí como patrulla perdida”, ironizó.
Ante la pregunta de Novaresio sobre si el problema con Frederic es ideológico, Berni respondió: “Habría que preguntarle a ella, nosotros trabajamos con lo que tenemos». Y resaltó que más allá de las diferencias de color político, con funcionarios de Rodríguez Larreta hay un diálogo constante en materia de seguridad: “Tenemos un ida y vuelta permanente”.
“Con el Gobierno de la Ciudad tenemos que ser recíprocamente solidarios, las acciones que tenemos que tomar tienen que ser compartidas y solidarias”, analizó.
También comentó que con otros ministros de Alberto Fernández la relación es diferente: “Con Arroyo (Daniel) no he tenido problemas, levanto el teléfono y me lo soluciona en dos minutos; con Ginés (González García) también”.
Berni dijo que de estas diferencias con Frederic no habló ni con Alberto Fernández ni con Cristina Kirchner, pero sí con Kicillof porque “es el jefe político de la provincia de Buenos Aires y es quien sabe lo que hay que hacer”.
De cara a las medidas a tomar para la continuidad de la cuarentena y la lucha contra la pandemia, el titular de la cartera de Seguridad bonaerense, remarcó que “las decisiones tienen que ser coherentes” porque “la situación económica y social es complicada”. “La decisión que se tome tiene que ser cumplible en la práctica y tiene que haber un mayor compromiso de la sociedad en su conjunto”, concluyó.
