El gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires adelantó que trabaja en un nuevo protocolo para el transporte público que incluirá normas de distanciamiento social dentro de los vehículos y pautas rígidas de circulación. Una de ellas establecerá específicamente el corte de rutas nacionales y provinciales, de acuerdo adelantó el jefe de Gabinete bonaerense, Carlos Bianco.
“Queda taxativamente cortar una ruta nacional o una ruta provincial. Se están permitiendo controles sanitarios pero no se pueden cortar accesos con montículos de tierra o escombros, que generan problemas adicionales”, anticipó el funcionario.
La prohibición quedará plasmada en una resolución que se conocerá durante los próximos días que incluirá nuevas pautas para que se reanude el transporte interurbano (hoy suspendido) y para garantizar el distanciamiento social en el transporte urbano, ferroviario y fluvial.
El gobierno bonaerense también dictó un protocolo para los adultos mayores de 70 años que a diferencia del de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires no será restrictivo. “Esto tiene que ver con múltiples medidas distintas a las que aplicó la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, que más allá de las discusiones no son de aplicación posible en la provincia”, remarcó Kicillof.
“Hacemos especial énfasis en cuidarlos, trabajando con voluntarios”, planteó el ministro de Salud, Daniel Gollán. El funcionario aclaró, además, que están trabajando muy fuerte con los geriátricos, muchos de los cuales ni siquiera tenían la habilitación municipal. En ese sentido, alertó que no es necesario evacuar los hogares para adultos mayores en caso de que se detecte un contagio de coronavirus.
“No hay que ir corriendo y sacar a todos los adultos mayores. Si hay un caso de contagio, va un equipo y establece quién debe ser derivado y quién no. Y se deja un control estricto para ver si aparece algún asintomático. Luego se hacen los testeos PCR”, planteó Gollán.
Durante la conferencia de prensa, Axel Kicillof adelantó que a partir de hoy se emitirán las autorizaciones correspondientes para habilitar en los municipios las excepciones dispuestas por la Jefatura de Gabinete de la Nación a la cuarentena total. A la par, se están cursando pedidos específicos para reanudar otras actividades en partidos donde hay pocos casos confirmados de COVID-19.
“Esta fase administrada va a ser dinámica. Si en una ciudad o un municipio se habilita una actividad y de pronto encontramos que empiezan a proliferar los contagios, se dará marcha atrás. El intendente municipal tiene la potestad de llevar adelante los controles para que se cumpla por lo dispuesto por el gobierno provincial. Ellos deberán ver cómo van marchando las excepciones y cuándo conviene o no dar un paso más”, especificó Kicillof.
Sobre las medidas para evitar la propagación del Covid-19, el gobernador bonaerense aseguró que “la principal protección contra el virus es la conciencia y la responsabilidad que están mostrando los ciudadanos, no veo un deseo de abandonar los cuidados que se están planteando; la ciudadanía nos muestra que han tomado nota de la dimensión del peligro que se corre y nosotros tenemos que regular y protocolizar para que se pueda hacer lo indispensable”.
Con estos anuncios, el gobierno bonarense inauguró una nueva fase de la cuarentena administrada que, según Kicillof, “tiene por objetivo cuidar la vida de los bonaerenses”. En este sentido, desde este lunes es obligatorio en la provincia de Buenos Aires utilizar barbijos caseros como medida de prevención.
Con relación al nuevo protocolo para el transporte público, el mandatario bonaerense explicó que, en primer lugar, se van a “generar nuevas reglas y protocolos más rígidos para el funcionamiento del transporte público”. Kicillof argumentó que el aumento de las frecuencias de numerosas líneas de colectivos tiene que ver con ser aún “más rígidos” con el control del distanciamiento social y no con permitir una mayor circulación de personas.
“Sabemos que el uso del transporte público es el principal medio de contagio. Va a haber más frecuencia porque va a haber más restricciones”, remarcó, y agregó: “Va a haber una profundización de los controles de circulación en todos los accesos de la Provincia. Todo esto siempre pensando en la salud y la vida”.
Con relación al avance de la pandemia en la Argentina, Kicillof aseguró estar “satisfecho” porque “la tasa de contagios no se ha elevado” en el ámbito de la provincia de Buenos Aires. De total de casos positivos de Covid-19, 873 correspondes a ciudadanos bonaerenses. “Nada es fijo, hay que esperar cómo evoluciona (la enfermedad)”. señaló.
